Return Policy – Florida Tools
Dear Customer,
As a small business, we are not able to offer return policies as lenient as those of large retailers. However, we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible with clear descriptions, photos, and specifications. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers, and we will always do our best to make things right.
General Return Policy

Refunds: Returns for a refund are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

A valid receipt is required.

The product must be sealed in original packaging, unused, and in new, resellable condition.

Any free or promotional items must be returned with the product. If they are not, the return may be eligible for store credit only, minus the value of the free item(s).

Store Credit: Returns made between days 8–30 after purchase are eligible for store credit only.

Condition of Returns: Management reserves the right to decline any return if the product or packaging is damaged, used, or not in resellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance/liquidation items

Gas-engine products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

“Pre-disaster” emergency supply purchases (such as storm preparation items)

Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Apparel that has been opened/unsealed

Online Orders

All online returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

Customer-paid returns: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping will be covered by us.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Warranties

All manufacturer warranties apply to the brands we sell (clearance items excluded).

For power tools and batteries, do not return items to the store. Claims must be submitted directly through the manufacturer’s warranty process (usually via their website portal).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
