Advanced aluminum oxide grain maintains sharp edges throughout the cut, resulting in up to 25% faster cutting, while the enhanced bonding structure consistently releases fresh grain as the wheel wears for more control during the cut. Built with 2 full sheets of high-strength fiberglass reinforcement and a higher grain concentration, these Type 1 wheels are engineered for exceptional durability and are intended for use with a 3" Cut Off Tool. The wheel is designed for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys, including steel, angle iron, pipe, rebar, and other ferrous metals.
