Two chucks - versatile applications
The KHC 18 offers a wide range of functions thanks to tool-less chuck change. The SDS-Plus chuck accepts hammer drills, drill bits and chisels. The keyless chuck also expands the range of tools that can be used, such as cylindrical shank drills or hex shank drills, bits and bit holders.

The brushless EC-TEC motor is wear-free and converts the energy from the battery into optimum power with virtually no losses.

Dust extraction system
Simply combine the KHC 18 with the ingenious dust extractor (available as an accessory) and benefit from the entire Festool extraction system. The dust extractor is simply attached to the depth stop and connected to the extraction unit. Bluetooth® battery packs communicate with the Bluetooth® module on the CLEANTEC mobile dust extractor (retrofittable as an accessory for CT 26/36/48) and automatically start the dust extractor when the cordless tool is switched on.

The electronic KickbackStop helps to prevent your wrist from twisting dangerously if the drill suddenly catches or jams, ensuring greater control when working.

Gentle operation
The vibration damper absorbs and eliminates energy before it is transmitted to the user's hands. Combined with an ergonomic handle, it provides additional support for powerful applications.
